All Sales Are Final

All purchases from The Ruby Tree's online store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, or items ordered in error.

The only exception is for merchandise that arrives damaged during shipment, subject to the terms below and applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we're here to help!

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at christina@therubytreect.com.

To help us resolve the issue, include:

• Your full name and order number.

• A brief description of the damage.

• Clear photographs of the damaged product.

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging, including any visible damage.

 

Please retain the damaged item and its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

We will review your request and contact you with the next steps.

 

Replacements & Refunds for Damaged Items

If an item is confirmed to have been damaged during shipment, The Ruby Tree will offer a replacement when available or a refund for the damaged item.

If the damaged item is one of a kind or no longer available, a refund will be issued.

​

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, including any applicable shipping charges attributable to the damaged item.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please do not return damaged merchandise unless instructed to do so. If a return is required for an approved damage claim, The Ruby Tree will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

 

Natural Variations Are Not Defects

Many of our products are created by nature or handcrafted by artisans, making each piece wonderfully unique.

Crystals, gemstones, minerals, and handmade items may feature natural variations in color, shape, texture, size, inclusions, and markings.

These characteristics are part of their individual beauty and are not considered damage or defects.

 

Nonreturnable Items

Except for merchandise damaged during shipment or as otherwise required by law, all products are nonreturnable, including:

• Crystals, gemstones, and minerals.

• Jewelry and handcrafted accessories.

• Candles, incense, and ritual supplies.

• Books, tarot cards, and oracle decks.

• Herbal apothecary and personal care products.

• Spiritual gifts and specialty merchandise.

• Sale and clearance items.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order contains an incorrect item or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.
