Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing The Ruby Tree for your spiritual wellness and personal growth journey. We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive experience for every client. Please review our booking policies before scheduling a session, class, or service.

Appointments & Reservations

All private sessions, including psychic readings, tarot readings, Reiki healing, energy work, spiritual mentorship, and other services, must be scheduled in advance through our website.

Services may be offered in person, by telephone, or through a virtual meeting platform, depending on the practitioner and service selected.

​

• Psychic & Tarot Readings: Appointments are available in 15-minute increments, subject to practitioner availability.

• Reiki Healing Sessions: Private sessions with Christina Boisits-O'Keefe are 75 minutes unless otherwise specified.

• Workshops, Classes & Mentorship: Scheduling, attendance requirements, and program details are provided with each offering.

 

Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact The Ruby Tree at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are nonrefundable.

• Missed appointments and no-shows are nonrefundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to practitioner availability.

If The Ruby Tree or your practitioner must cancel an appointment, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.

​

Individual services, classes, memberships, or special events may have additional cancellation terms, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

 

Late Arrivals

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

For telephone and virtual appointments, clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they have a reliable connection.

 

Monthly Reiki Memberships

Monthly Reiki memberships provide recurring appointments according to the membership plan selected.

Membership fees are billed automatically according to the subscription terms accepted at enrollment. Missed sessions, rescheduling, cancellations, and membership termination are governed by the terms displayed in the membership plan.

 

Workshops, Classes & Events

Registration requirements, cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and attendance policies may vary by workshop, certification program, or event.
